FAQ

1. The product arrived damaged or is defective, how should i proceed?

Just send an email with pictures of the defect/damage to support@gwerystore.com,we will contact you shortly with further instructions.

2. Are returns free? 

With the exception of certain circumstances, you are usually responsible for the return costs. In case of doubt contact us at support@gwerystore.com

3. Why not?

In order to keep the prices of our products as affordable as possible, we simply can't offer free returns on a regular basis. Nonetheless we might make them free during certain promotions.

4. Which shipping carrier should i choose?

Although we leave that choice to you, we strongly recommend choosing one that offers tracking. This way both you and we are able to know the location of the item, and you can be sure it was delivered.

5. I want to exchange the item i purchased with another, how should i proceed?

Just fill the return form choosing "I want to exchange my item" as the return reason. Follow the instructions and send us the item. Upon arrival and inspection, we will issue you a promotional coupon (with the value of the original item) and offer you free shipping.
